It is a 305 V8 Automatic - It is "all there" ...


This all Original 1978 Camaro was owned by the same person from being a three year old trade in at Cormier Chevrolet in the Los Angeles Area ...

When she stopped driving it .. she was 92 years old .... [ and yes she really was seen as a little old lady driving it around in Pasadena ... quite often !!! ]

... there was some talk that she "just might" have used her art skills to do some unauthorized retouching - in the license plate tag area ....

The last smog test that we could find on record was back in 2000


This Camaro is a true find ...


It is located in Southern California and has been there for the entire life of this vehicle.

It was parked in a carport for the majority of its life...


This car is completely unmolested as it came from the factory...

You may have noticed the recent sharp rise in demand for second generation Camaros...

This car even has the factory air conditioning !


This car is not a turn the key and drive it down the street car sort of car ...

Rather we have decided to offer it just exactly the way we found it....



... You can turn the key and she starts right up and sits there and just idles nice and smooth ...


Because she has been sitting for some time the pan gaskets of the transmission have dried up and transmission fluid has ran away..... So it is not immediately drivable.



This car is extremely solid being a Southern California car ... We have inspected all over the car and have been amazingly impressed ....


Anything you may see in the pictures is not rust it's just dirt.... Good old California mother earth dirt to be exact....


The way this Camaro was parked in the carport the right front bottom of the fender was a little exposed to the elements....
So the right front fender near the bottom has one spot which is not whole ... As you can see in the picture but this is "only the fender itself " !


You can see by the pictures how solid this car is.....

It was also "pretty solid" as well when she rubbed up against the parking lot pole- as you can see by the marks the "autoart" if you wish to call it that!

The artist's "signature" is left on the very left rear quarter Panel


This car has this stickiest steering wheel I have ever felt in my life!
- A nice added touch from being closed up and in the California sun for some time !
