1970 Monte Carlo SS Drag Racing Car For Sale – THIS MONTE CARLO SS HAS BEEN SOLD !!!

This Rust Free 1970 Monte Carlo Drag Racing Car features an all steel body with a Fibreglass Hood

It has an excellent paint job as you can see by the pictures ....

Engine is a 406 Cubic Inch Chevy Small Block - with a Turbo 400 with Trans Brake

This engine has had a $10,000 complete rebuild

Also in addition it has -
New Alternator

New Starter

New master cylinder,

New MSD Ignition Box

New high end fuel system

New Master Cylinder

Transmission

- The Turbo 400 has just been rebuilt - and with two new Torque Converters as well

Front End:

New Flaming River Rack and Pinion Steering

Has new Global West Lower Control A-arms

With Coilover springs and Viking Double adjustable shock absorbers

As well as Adjustable SPCs Upper A-Arms

Rear End: A brand new reinforced Moser 9” Rear-end with 4.11 Gears and running a spool

It has 33 spline axles with new Global West Rear suspension pieces

Braking System:

It has new 4 wheel disk brakes

Interior: Basic

The interior of the Monte Carlo SS still has carpet

It has the interior panels with an 8 point roll bar with door swing outs

History:

As you can see we have done much work to this Monte Carlo

We originally bought the car for $10,500 some two years ago ..

Since then we have spent more over $30,000 rebuilding - replacing pretty much everything on this car

Runs - Performance
It runs 10.80 @ 122 Miles Per Hour

Only 15 passes since all the new parts and rebuilding mentioned

I am no longer racing - So let's get this car back on track with a new owner
